Should problems arise, we will work with the provider to rectify the situation or bring in a different provider.
Our life care management team includes Registered Nurse Advocates who brings a trained eye to supervise the services being provided by in-home caregivers and other medical professionals. Through our RN Advocates, IKOR Midwest is able to go beyond what other life care managers offer by providing oversight and quality assurance of the healthcare services being delivered.
